ReplyDeleteHAPPY NEW YEAR! Try Henderson Beach State Park or Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Florida. On the Gulf of Mexico, just north of Panama City.

West of New Oreleans visit: Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve.
Good KOA campground close to the French Quarter and not too expensive ($42/night)

ReplyDeleteWest Coast of Florida - Avoid Naples - big towers, small beach. Try Pinchers Crab Shack, 285580 Bonita Crossings Blvd, Bonita Springs, Fla. It is just North of Naples They have 2 for one beers all day and it is a locals hang out.
